Attorney Michael Frates served in the United
States Navy for six years; he was stationed in Pearl Harbor,
Hawaii for his last two and a half years of service. He
proudly served in Operation Desert Strike following the
first Persian Gulf War in the Middle East.
Michael graduated Summa Cum
Laude from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth
with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. He concentrated
in Twentieth Century Anglo-American Thought, Logic, and
Philosophy of Science. He matriculated from the Roger Williams
University School of Law with the degree of Juris Doctor.
Michael is licensed to practice law in the States of Massachusetts
and Connecticut.
Michael
